By accessing or using Soul Aura ("Service") operated by Landcore OÜ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

3. Service description
Soul Aura provides personalized numerology reports based on Pythagorean numerology principles. Our reports are generated using the name and birth date information you provide. Reports are delivered digitally by email in PDF format.
4. Entertainment disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Soul Aura numerology reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our Service does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional advice. The information in our reports should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation. By using our Service, you acknowledge that numerology is a belief system and the interpretations provided are subjective.
5. User eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Soul Aura, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
6. User responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information for report generation
- Provide a valid email address for report delivery
- Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not reproduce, distribute or resell our reports
7. Orders and payment
7.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time; price changes do not apply to orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
7.2 Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and affiliated payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
7.3 Order confirmation
After successful payment you receive an order confirmation email. Your personalized report is delivered to your email address within 24 hours of purchase, typically within minutes.
7.4 Right of withdrawal
For consumers in the EU, EEA and UK, the right of withdrawal and how it ends for digital content are explained in our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, report formats, interpretations and software, is the property of Landcore OÜ and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDCORE OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under applicable consumer protection law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Landcore OÜ and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
12. Dispute resolution
We first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation; please write to info@soulaura.ai. If no solution is reached within 30 days, disputes are submitted to the courts of Estonia. This does not affect your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Modifications
We may modify these Terms. For material changes, we give registered users prior notice by email or by a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Non-material changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the modified Terms. If you are an EU consumer, you may terminate these Terms before material changes take effect.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
